JK000Jim Kelly was an American athlete, actor, and martial artist. He trained in Okinawan karate and became one of the most decorated world karate champions during the early 1970s. As an actor, Kelly became the first African-American martial arts film star. He is perhaps best known for his role as Williams in Enter the Dragon, a 1973 Hong Kong martial arts film starring the legendary Bruce Lee. In the movie, Kelly portrayed an African-American activist on the run after defending himself against two policemen in Los Angeles.
